Jos Buttler takes charge of Super Giants, Aiden Markram quits The Hundred mid-way: The Hundred 2026 is in full swing across England. Manchester Super Giants(MSG) have suffered another setback during the tournament. MSG’s regular captain, Aiden Markram, has been ruled out of the remaining matches of this season.
Manchester Super Giants captain Aidan Markram has flown home to South Africa for personal reasons. He will miss the rest of the Hundred. New Zealand’s experienced all-rounder Michael Bracewell has been included in the team as his replacement. Jos Buttler will now captain Manchester in the remaining matches. He will take over the captaincy from the match against Welsh Fire at Emirates Old Trafford.

Following the auction in March, he was named captain of the Manchester men’s team for The Hundred tournament. His team started the season with two wins, but since then they have lost three matches in a row.
