Michael Hussey appointed as consultant coach and T20 advisor: Former Australian batter Michael Hussey has been appointed as consultant coach and T20 advisor by Cricket Australia. The board said in an announcement made on Friday.
51-year-old expressed his joy for the new role with the squad and said he was looking forward to serve national side. The left-handed batter played 79 Tests, 185 ODIs and 38 T20Is for the national team. Cricket Australia has announced the appointment of Michael Hussey as consultant ahead of 2027 Ashes series and the ODI World Cup and the 2028 T20 World Cup and the LA Olympic Games.
