Misleading and AI content will not be tolerated: Govinda: Bollywood actor Govinda is in the limelight these days for his personal life. The actor has issued a legal notice and warning of defamation cases against those who spread any kind of false rumors about his personal life and family.
The notice follows claims that surfaced online alleging that Govinda and Rani Swarnakar had secretly married in a court ceremony. Wife Sunita Ahuja has also made many serious allegations against Govinda. Earlier, rumors about an alleged divorce had also circulated on social media. The notice has made it clear that defamation action will be taken against those who spread false, misleading, and AI-generated content about him, his family, and personal life.
It said that civil and criminal action may be taken against those found responsible, and damages of up to Rs 100 crore may be sought on behalf of the actor for damaging his image and that of his family.
