Speaking on The Powerful Humans podcast, Shakti Kapoor clarified that Shraddha’s limited number of films has nothing to do with her family background or lack of opportunities. He explained that the actress consciously chooses to work in high-quality projects and is selective about her roles.
Shakti Kapoor further revealed that Shraddha charges a higher fee than several of her contemporaries, including Alia Bhatt and Ananya Panday. He added that Shraddha prefers to do only one or two films a year, focusing on quality rather than quantity. Laughing off rumors about her not getting work, he remarked, “Is she not getting work?”
Talking about Shraddha’s personality, Shakti Kapoor described her as stubborn in a positive sense, saying she follows her heart and sticks firmly to her moral principles. He emphasized that she is clear about what she wants and remains committed to her values.
Opening up about their personal bond, Shakti Kapoor said that he shares a strong and warm relationship with his daughter. “Sometimes we fight, sometimes we plan vacations, and sometimes we discuss movies,” he said, adding that he is extremely proud of her achievements. He praised Shraddha’s acting skills, calling her a superb and wonderful actress.
