NEET-UG 2026 Paper Leak: Who Is PV Kulkarni in the NEET Leak Scandal?
Who Is PV Kulkarni? Pune-Based Lecturer Accused in NEET-UG Paper Leak Network: P.V. Kulkarni, the main accused in the NEET 2026 paper leak case, was arrested in Pune and is set to appear before a CBI court today. A former Chemistry professor and ex-Principal of Dayanand College, he worked there for nearly 28 years before retiring four years ago.
Sources claim Kulkarni later worked with the National Testing Agency (NTA) as a contractual Chemistry expert and was allegedly involved in setting the NEET 2026 Chemistry paper. Investigators suspect this gave him access to the exam questions.
Officials also allege that before the exam, Kulkarni conducted online classes through “Raj Coaching Classes” in Pune, where students were reportedly given questions that later appeared in the actual NEET exam.
Very little is known about his family. He owns a bungalow in Latur, while neighbours and former associates are reportedly reluctant to speak openly as the investigation into the wider paper leak network continues.
