5 kg Gas Cylinders Will Be Available At Petrol Pumps : Supplies Minister Krishna Chandra Patra has made a big announcement regarding 5 Kg gas cylinders. 5 Kg LPG gas will be available at petrol pumps. Amidst the confusion over the distribution of cylinders, the Supplies Minister clarified today. It will be available under the government’s free trade LPG scheme. Workers and students can get it by showing proof.
To get 5 kg gas, you have to pay Rs 1537. If you want to refill, then a 5 kg cylinder will cost Rs 593. Only company cylinders can be refilled. If any agent does black marketing, action will be taken against them.
It is reported that there is a gas crisis due to the Middle East war. However, despite the central government saying that there is gas availability in the country, people are seen lining up for gas in many places. Meanwhile, the Minister of Supply has cleared the confusion.
