Massive Explosion Hits Train in Quetta, Dozens Dead

26 Killed in Quetta Train Blast, BLA Claims Responsibility: A major terrorist attack took place in Quetta, Pakistan, on Sunday morning. A suicide bomber from the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) targeted the Jaffar Express train, causing a huge explosion. At least 26 people were killed, and more than 70 were injured.

The blast happened near Chaman crossing when the train was carrying military personnel from Quetta Cantonment. One coach of the train was destroyed, and nearby houses and vehicles were also damaged.

After the explosion, rescue teams, police, and local people rushed to help the victims. The injured were taken to nearby hospitals, and security forces sealed the area and started a search operation. Pakistan’s Railway Minister condemned the attack and called it a cowardly act of terrorism.
