This year, Raja Sankranti coincides with Monday, giving tourists and locals an opportunity to enjoy the zoological and botanical attractions. The announcement aims to inform visitors planning trips during the festive period. Normally, Nandankanan closes every Monday, but when major public holidays fall on that day, the park stays open. As per the revised schedule, the parks will remain closed on Tuesday, June 16, instead of their regular weekly closure on Monday.
