Earthquake of Magnitude 5.4 hit Pakistan: An earthquake of 5.4 magnitude jolted Pakistan on Saturday. There were no reports of casualties or damage.

According to the European- Mediterranean Seismological Centre the earthquake occurred at a depth of 35 kilometres at 8:36 am local time. The latest tremor came hours after a 5.3 magnitude earthquake hit Pakistan on Friday evening at adepth of 75 kilometres said National Centre for Seismology.

Authorities are monitoring the situation and assessing the impact of the quake.
