The two leaders had a phone conversation about ongoing tensions in West Asia. Netanyahu also expressed his commitment to strengthen the relationship between the two countries.
PM Modi posted on social media platform X on Thursday (August 6) and said that he received a call from Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. We reviewed the progress made in various aspects of the special strategic partnership between India and Israel, which continues to strengthen and evolve.

India and Israel maintain close cooperation in areas including defence, agriculture, innovation, technology, water management, cybersecurity and trade.
