Odisha Rolls Out Registration for 2026 Kharif Paddy Procurement: The Odisha government has started the registration process for the 2026 Kharif paddy procurement season. The registration commenced on August 6 and will continue until August 31.

As per government order, farmers can register by collecting a fresh registration form from their nearest Primary Agricultural Cooperative Society (PACS) and submitting the filled form at the same office within the given deadline.

Along with the form, applicants need to attach photocopies of their Aadhaar card, an Aadhaar-linked or alternative mobile number, the Record of Rights or land documents, the first page of their bank passbook, and either the Farmer Registry number or Agri Stack number. Sharecroppers must also provide a consent letter from the landowner. Aadhaar-based e-KYC is compulsory for completing the registration in presence of the landowner.

While filling out the form, farmers need to mention when they plan to sell their paddy, including the month and fortnight, under the Kharif procurement programme.
