Drunken brawl turns violent, younger brother dies: In a shocking incident younger brother died during a fierce fight with his elder brother. Police have registered a case of involuntary manslaughter following a complaint by the victim’s mother.
According to sources the incident took place in Chak Jafari village of Mau district in Uttar Pradesh. The victim has been identified as Dinesh Rajbhar(35). On Thursday night Dinesh and his elder brother(Rajesh Rajbhar, 38) were arguing over some issue in a drunken state. The argument escalated and both involved in a fierce fight. During the fight the younger brother suffered a severe head injury and died on the spot.
The victim’s mother Usha Devi learned about the incident on Friday morning. Police arrived at the scene and initiated investigation after being informed by the Usha Devi. Police have registered a case of involuntary manslaughter against Rajesh. Meanwhile, rumors spread in village that elder brother killed Dinesh. Further action will be taken after the post-mortem report said police.
