CBSE launches new re-evaluation portal: Important news for CBSE board students. The board has prepared a new portal for the process of re-evaluation of answer sheets and verification of marks. A team of experts from IIT has approved this portal after a security check.
CBSE has excluded Coempt EduTeck from the re-evaluation process. The company was earlier looking after the technical work related to scanning and evaluation of answer sheets. The board decided to terminate his services after some flaws were revealed in the security investigation. Now the entire work of re-evaluation will be done through a new and more secure system, which has been approved by the IIT experts.
CBSE has laid special emphasis keeping in mind security features to avoid any type of cyber crime . Digital India Corporation IIT Madras and IIT Kanpur played an important role in designing this portal. CBSE has transferred all data and records related to evaluation to its controlled server too improve security . Now the board can directly monitor students information and exam records. This will significantly reduce data leak and unauthorized access.
With the launch of the new portal, students will benefit from a more secure and transparent process. This will increase confidence in the checking of answer sheets and give students confidence that their copies are being evaluated through a secure system.
