Shri Ram Yantra Installation Marks Spiritual Milestone At Ayodhya Ram Mandir
Droupadi Murmu Installs Shri Ram Yantra at Shri Ram Temple: A historic and spiritual event took place at the Shri Ram Temple in Ayodhya on Thursday. President Droupadi Murmu installed the Shri Ram Yantra on the second floor of the temple during the auspicious Abhijit Muhurta and performed the first aarti.
The ceremony was held with Vedic rituals and chanting of mantras. Several dignitaries, including Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Governor Anandiben Patel, were present. Devotional songs, conch sounds, and temple bells created a spiritual atmosphere.
The Shri Ram Yantra is a special structure made with gold plating and features images of 125 deities. It is placed in a teak wood frame and holds religious significance for devotees.
During her visit, the President also offered prayers to Ram Lalla and addressed the gathering. She spoke about unity, cultural values, and the idea of Ram Rajya, highlighting the importance of building an inclusive and developed nation.
Meanwhile, Samajwadi Party MP Awadhesh Prasad expressed disappointment over not being invited to the event and criticized the administration.
The event also conveyed a message of unity and faith, with participation from people across different regions and communities. Leaders emphasized peace and harmony, especially at a time when many parts of the world are facing conflict.
