Madhubala Biopic: Makers Deny Casting Aneeth Padda
False Reports Link Aneeth Padda to Madhubala Film: A biopic on legendary actress Madhubala has been making headlines again. Recently, reports claimed that actress Aneeth Padda would play Madhubala in the film. However, industry sources have now said that these reports are completely false.
Sources clarified that Aneeth Padda is not part of the Madhubala biopic, and the rumours about her joining the project are baseless.
The film will be produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and directed by Jasmeet K. Reen, who earlier directed the film Darlings starring Alia Bhatt and Vijay Varma. Madhubala’s sister Madhur Brij Bhushan will co-produce the project.
The biopic, announced in 2024, will explore Madhubala’s life, career, and her relationships with actors Dilip Kumar and Kishore Kumar. The film’s title and final cast have not yet been announced.
Meanwhile, Aneeth Padda, who gained popularity after the film Saiyaara, will next appear in the upcoming movie Shakti Shalini alongside Vishal Jethwa, which is expected to release in December 2026.
