‘Haiwaan’ flops at box office, ends run at Rs 9.92 crore: Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan’s film ‘Haiwan’ was released in theaters with high expectations but it turned out to be flop at the box office. Shockingly the film was removed from theatres within just two weeks.
It turned out to be one of Akshay’s biggest flops and one of the notable boc-office flops of Bollywood in recent times. Let’s know how much ‘Haiwan has suffered loss.
Priyadarshan directed crime thriller ‘Haiwaan’ was released in theaters on September 11, 2026. It received mixed reviews from critics. Actually, due to weak promotion and remake, this film could not create any impact before its release. Therefore, so this film could not create any special excitement among the viewers. Talking about its box-office performance, ‘Haiwaan’ opened with a domestic net collection of just Rs 3 crore and concluded its theatrical run with Rs 9.92 crore. Its gross earnings were 11.7 crore rupees.
At the same time, the film flopped badly in foreign countries and earned only 3.35 crore rupees (gross). Overall, its worldwide box office collection stood at Rs 15.05 crore (gross), making the film Akshay Kumar’s lowest grossing film. Thus, it recovered only 7.63% of the cost and suffered a massive deficit of 120.08 crore or 92.37%.
The film stars Akshay Kumar, Saif Ali Khan, Boman Irani, Shriya pilgaonkar, Saiyami Kher, Rajpal yadav, Manoj Joshi and others. The film revolves around Shyam(Saif Ali Khan), a visually impaired man whose life takes a dangerous turn when he is accused of murdering a retired judge.
