Jaishankar on a 6-nation tour; will focus on strengthening  India’s bilateral relations

According to an official MEA notification, the foreign minister will visit Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Oman from July 5 to 10.

Jaishankar on a 6-nation tour; will focus on strengthening India’s bilateral relations: External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar is set to embark on a 10-day diplomatic tour from July 5 to 15. During his visit, he will meet his counterparts and leadership figures to strengthen India’s bilateral relations and exchange views on regional developments and issues of mutual interest.

Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar will visit Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, New York, and Brussels. According to an official MEA notification, the foreign minister will visit Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Oman from July 5 to 10. The main purpose of this visit is to strengthen bilateral relations with these four countries.

After this, the External Affairs Minister will visit New York on July 13, where he will launch India’s official mission to the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) for its 2028-29 term. He will then attend the third India-EU Trade and Technology Council (TTC) meeting in Brussels on July 14-15. Will hold talks with counterparts in the European Union and Belgium.
