Khan Sir’s lawyer, Arvind Kumar Mahuar said that the court has called for the case diary, and the date of the next hearing will be fixed later.
After this order of the court, police cannot arrest Faizal Khan alias Khan Sir. He had appealed to the court for anticipatory bail on Monday (June 8).His supporters are jubilant after this decision, while the legal process of the case will continue.
According to sources, the incident dates back to June 2, when there was firing and assault outside khan sir’s coaching center. A video of the attack went viral on social media, in which it was seen that two security guards of the institute opened fire. After the video surfaced, the police detained the two guards. For the past several days, the police were conducting raids to arrest him.
