Narendra Modi Announces 6 Guarantees for Bengal; Mamata Banerjee Calls BJP ‘Fake Trader’: Prime Minister Narendra Modi intensified the election campaign in West Bengal by addressing rallies in Haldia, Asansol, and Siuri. He strongly criticized the All India Trinamool Congress government led by Mamata Banerjee, accusing it of corruption, “syndicate raj,” and poor governance over the past 15 years.

During his speeches, Modi alleged that law and order had deteriorated and claimed that illegal activities, infiltration, and recruitment scams had increased under the current administration. He also highlighted issues such as unemployment and migration, stating that industrial growth in the state had declined.

The Prime Minister urged voters to support a “double-engine” government for faster development and assured strict action against corruption and crime. He said the BJP would focus on restoring trust, ensuring accountability, and improving governance if voted to power in the state.
