Nitin Nabin Announces New Team; Check Full List: BJP National President Nitin Nabin has announced his new team, giving important organisational roles to several senior leaders. Former Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje and former Union Minister Smriti Irani are among the prominent names in the new team. Piyush Goyal has been appointed as the National Treasurer.
Vasundhara Raje has been made a National Vice President, along with Tirath Singh Rawat, Ram Madhav, Baijayant Panda and Rekha Verma. Vinod Tawde and Smriti Irani have been appointed as General Secretaries, along with Satish Poonia, Gajendra Patel, Harish Dwivedi and Sanjay Bhatia. B.L. Santhosh will continue as General Secretary (Organisation).
The new team comes ahead of several important elections. The BJP’s major challenge will be the 2027 Uttar Pradesh Assembly election, followed by elections in several states in 2028 and the Lok Sabha election in 2029. The new team will play a key role in strengthening the party organisation and preparing for these electoral challenges.
