North Korea’s New Constitution States That If Anything Happens To Kim Jong Un, There Will Be An Automatic Nuclear Attack : North Korea has made a major change to its constitution. Now, if Kim Jong Un is assassinated or the country’s command system is destroyed in a foreign attack, the military will be able to automatically retaliate with nuclear weapons. This will not require a separate order.
South Korea ‘s intelligence agency provided this information. The change was made following the US-Israeli attacks on Iran that killed Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, and several of his advisers.
What does the new constitutional provision say?
The 15th Supreme People’s Assembly of North Korea met in Pyongyang on March 22nd. This amendment was passed at the meeting. The National Intelligence Service (NIS) informed senior officials that if control over nuclear forces is threatened by an enemy attack, an automatic and immediate nuclear strike will be launched.
According to the new rule, if Kim Jong Un’s command system is threatened, there will be no waiting around. Nuclear weapons will be used automatically.Previously, this policy could be stated verbally, but now it has been solidified in writing in the constitution.
