Offline Registration For Char Dham Yatra Begins, Record 2,713 People Register On First Day

Offline registration for Char Dham Yatra has begun. Lakhs of devotees have registered for the Char Dham Yatra in Uttarakhand. On the first day of the start of offline registration, 2,713 registrations were recorded. Offline registration for the pilgrimage began on Friday, April 17. Offline registration for the Char Dham Yatra can be completed at centers in Haridwar, Rishikesh, Herbertpur and Naya Gaon.

For the Char Dham Yatra, the gates of Yamunotri Dham and Gangotri Dham will be opened on Sunday, April 19, 2026, on the auspicious occasion of Akshaya Vriday. The gates of Kedarnath Dham will be opened on Wednesday, April 22, 2026. The gates of Badrinath Dham will be opened on Thursday, April 23, 2026. By April 23, all the temples will be opened.

You can register online for the Charidham Yatra at the website uttarakhandtourism.gov.in. Visit the website and open an account by entering your mobile number. After verifying the OTP, log in and click on ‘Manage Visit’.

Select your travel date and choose the ‘Dham’ you want to visit. Upload your photograph along with all the required details. Finally submit the form. Then you will get a QR code and a pass. Keep it safe or take a print out.

Online registration has started from March 6. So far, 18.23 lakh devotees have registered digitally.
