Ranbir has purchased four contiguous plots worth around Rs 16.42 crore in Mulshi taluka of Pune district in Maharashtra. The deal was registered on 30 April 2026 with a stamp duty payment of Rs 82.13 lakh.

Ranbir buys 25 acres of land in Pune worth crores: Ranbir Kapoor recently purchased land in Ayodhya and has now once again invested in real estate. Ranbir has finalized a property deal for around 25 acres of land for Rs 16.42 crore in Mulshi taluka of Maharashtra’s Pune district. This deal has created a buzz among fans. They are now wondering if the land is meant for a dream home or a future investment.

Ranbir Kapoor is among the Bollywood stars with the most expensive real estate portfolio. He owns a luxurious bungalow in Mumbai’s Bandra area. Which he inherited from his father Rishi Kapoor and mother, Neetu Kapoor, and later renovated on a grand scale. He has named it ‘Krishna Raj’.

Along with films, Ranbir Kapoor is now seen playing big bets in real estate. According to documents reviewed by real estate data analytics firm Cred Matrix, Ranbir has purchased four contiguous plots worth around Rs 16.42 crore in Mulshi taluka of Pune district in Maharashtra. The deal was registered on 30 April 2026 with a stamp duty payment of Rs 82.13 lakh. The total land purchased by Ranbir Kapoor is spread over about 1,04,000 square meters, i.e., 10.4 hectares. The actor bought it from sellers Arun Sriram Luthra, Naveen Sriram Luthra, and Mala Umesh Mehta.

Mulshi Taluka of Pune has emerged as the first choice for high-net-worth individuals and big investors in the last few years. Due to its proximity to Pune city, excellent connectivity, peaceful environment and natural beauty, the demand and prices of land here are increasing rapidly. After Ranbir Kapoor’s new deal, the value of this area is expected to increase further.

 It is worth noting that along with Ranbir Kapoor, his wife Alia Bhatt also owns many properties in Mumbai. With this new deal, Ranbir’s real estate portfolio has become even stronger.
