Sehwag and Dravid’s son picked in U19 squad against Australia: BCCI has announced Indian U19 squad against Australia’s tour of India. Australia’s under-19 team will play 3 one-day matches and 2 multi-day matches on the tour of India. The Indian U-19 teams have been announced for both these series.
The Men’s Selection Committee has announced the Indian U-19 squads for the Australia U19 tour of India. All the three ODI matches and the first multi-day match will be played in Rajkot, while the second multi-day match will be played in Ahmedabad.
Lakshya Raichandani has been appointed captain for the ODI matches, while Yashbardhan Chauhan will serve as vice-captain. The selectors have placed Sehwag’s son Aryaveer Sehwag and Rahul Dravid’s son Anvay Dravid in the Indian U-19team. Anvay has been included in the team as a wicketkeeper. However, Aryaveer and Anvay are not part of the squad selected for the multi-day matches. Aryveer was seen playing for West Delhi Lions in the Delhi Premier League i.e. DPL this season.
