Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna to Marry in Private Udaipur Ceremony: Popular film stars Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna are reportedly set to tie the knot on February 26 in the scenic city of Udaipur. The couple arrived at Udaipur airport on Monday, three days before the ceremony, and headed straight to their hotel as preparations entered the final phase.
The wedding festivities will take place at ITC Mementos Udaipur, located in Kailashpuri on the Udaipur–Nathdwara Highway. The luxury property has been fully booked from February 24 to 26. Around 230 selected guests are expected to attend, with all 117 rooms reserved for family members and close friends. Guests will begin checking in from February 24.
Keeping the celebrations strictly private, the couple has reportedly enforced a “no phone policy” to ensure that no inside pictures or videos are leaked. A special security agency has been appointed to manage privacy and security arrangements throughout the event.
Recently, a wedding invitation card went viral on social media, stating that Vijay and Rashmika would marry in a small ceremony with family blessings on February 26. While there has been no official confirmation from the couple, Rashmika’s acknowledgment of congratulatory messages online has further fueled speculation. Reports also suggest that a popular Delhi-based band, known for performing at high-profile celebrity weddings, will entertain guests during the festivities. The wedding planner for the event has reportedly been brought in from Hyderabad.
No-Phone Policy at Vijay and Rashmika’s Exclusive Wedding Ceremony
Following the intimate Udaipur ceremony, a grand reception is said to be planned in Hyderabad on March 3 and 4. Several big names from the film industry are expected to attend the reception, which is rumored to take place at a premium venue in Banjara Hills.
According to reports, the couple got engaged in a private ceremony in Hyderabad on October 3 last year. Although they have remained tight-lipped about their relationship status, Rashmika has been seen wearing an engagement ring on multiple occasions, and videos of Vijay’s Hyderabad residence decorated with lights had earlier sparked excitement among fans.
As the wedding date approaches, fans are eagerly waiting for official pictures and confirmation, while Udaipur once again becomes the backdrop for a high-profile celebrity celebration.
