Mukesh Ambani’s wealth has increased so much: A
27% surge in the stock of Reliance, the country’s most valuable company, has led to a direct jump of $15.3 billion (approximately Rs 1.3 lakh crore) in his wealth this year. With this, he has emerged as the biggest gainer among Indian billionaires in 2025 and the only Indian centibillionaire on the Bloomberg Billionaires Index.
According to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, Mukesh Ambani’s net worth has now increased to $106 billion. With this figure, Mukesh Ambani now ranks 18th on the list of the world’s top billionaires. However, in the past 24 hours, he has lost $431 million.
Adani is not the top earner, he is number 2.
If we look at the earnings figures of billionaires this year, the second richest person in the country is Gautam adani , chairman of adani group , but in terms of earings in 2025 , he is not the second highest earner after mukesh ambani . In fact according to bloomberg , the second biggest indian gainer is lakshmi mittal , owner of luzembourg-based global steel and mining company arcelormittal . Mittals wealth increased by $11.7 billion and now it has increased to $31.40 billion.
Gautam Adani’s net worth ranks third. His wealth increased by $6.52 billion this calendar year to $85.2 billion. Shares of Adani companies such as Adani Power Limited, Adani Energy Solutions Limited, and Adani Ports Limited have gained 23– 36 percent so far in 2025, while those of ACC Limited, AWL Agri Business, Adani Total Gas Limited, and NDTV have declined 13–35 percent.
