Jajpur Collector Announced School Closed Until 25 April : In view of the ongoing severe heat wave in the state, the Jajpur District Magistrate has taken an important decision. All government and private schools in the district have been declared holiday till 25th of next month.
School Closed Until 25 April
All educational institutions in the district will remain closed from tomorrow. According to this order, all primary, secondary and higher secondary schools in the district will remain closed till 25th. The District Magistrate has issued this order keeping in mind the health of the students due to the intense heat.
It is worth noting that the temperature has been increasing rapidly in the district for the past few days. It has become difficult to leave the house after 8 am, while the school-going children have been facing difficulties. The administration has taken this step after reviewing the request from the guardians and the weather conditions. It has been revealed that a decision will be taken later on whether to extend the holiday period or not, after looking at the situation in the coming days.
