A woman kills boyfriend, stuffs body in sack: In a shocking incident, a woman brutally killed her boyfriend and hid his body in the bathroom. The accused woman has also sent a voice message to the landlord before fleeing.
According to police, the chilling murder case has come to light in Maharashtra’s Thane district. The dead body was recovered from the bathroom of a flat in Neelkanth Society on Malang Road. The residents informed the police about the incident after noticing a foul smell coming from the flat for the past two to three days. Police officials broke down the door and searched the flat. In the bathroom, the police team discovered a dead body inside a sack kept in a drum. A forensic team was immediately called to the scene to collect evidence, while the body was sent for a post-mortem examination. Preliminary investigation indicates that the victim was allegedly attacked with a sharp-edged weapon before his body was stuffed into the drum.
According to investigators, the accused, before fleeing, had allegedly sent a voice message to the landlord. In the voice message, she said that a dead body was lying in the bathroom and the tap had been left running. It is suspected that the accused deliberately left the bathroom tap running to speed up the decomposition of the body and wash away blood stains and other forensic evidence from the crime scene. Police investigations are underway to trace the accused.
