According to the information, the passenger from Azamgarh was traveling with his wife on flight IX-1810 to Mumbai. As part of the security procedure, he was removing the magazine from the pistol to deposit it. Meanwhile, the trigger was suddenly pressed and the shot went off. The bullet hit the ground and hit a staff member in the leg and a woman in the hand. Both the injured have been admitted to the hospital for treatment. The incident took place around 9: 30 am on Sunday.
After this incident, the security agencies are detaining the passenger and interrogating him.
