He also warned citizens against excessive use of oil and gas, stating that such actions could make the situation worse in the long term.
The Prime Minister called on the public to prioritize the needs of farmers and small businesses to maintain economic stability. Albanese assured that the government would not impose a lockdown, focusing instead on reducing fuel prices and increasing local production to secure the country’s energy future.
