Bangladesh Sports Journalist Banned From T20 World Cup : The International Cricket Council has dealt another blow to Bangladesh . After excluding the Bangladesh team from the upcoming Twenty20 World Cup, it has now denied permission to Bangladeshi sports journalists.
According to reports, around 150 sports journalists working for various media outlets in Bangladesh had applied to the ICC for accreditation to cover the World Cup. But the ICC has rejected their applications. The journalists have been informed about this decision through e-mail. Some journalists were even given permission by the ICC earlier. But after the Bangladesh cricket team was eliminated from the World Cup, their applications were cancelled.
