Bangladesh will not played t20 world cup
Bangladesh’s Cricket Team big Announcement : Despite warnings and ultimatums from the International Cricket Council (ICC), the Bangladesh Cricket Board has decided to stand firm in its stand regarding the T-20 World Cup. Bangladesh has made it clear that the team will not participate in the World Cup unless the venue for the matches is shifted from India to Sri Lanka.
After a crucial meeting with the players, Bangladesh’s sports advisor Asif Nazrul has levelled serious allegations against the ICC. He said that the ICC has not done justice to Bangladesh and the security of the players is being neglected. According to Asif Nazrul, the government, the cricket board and the players are all agreed that security will not be compromised under any circumstances.
Asif Nazrul clearly said, “We will not bow to anyone’s pressure. The world should also understand what the consequences will be if Bangladesh does not play the World Cup. We cannot compromise with the safety of our players.” The board said that in the current situation it is not safe to travel to India to play and hence the venue should be changed to Sri Lanka.
