Twisha Sharma Case: CBI Gets 5-Day Remand of Samarth and Giribala Singh
Bhopal Court Extends CBI Custody of Twisha Sharma’s Husband, Mother-in-Law: A major development has come in the Twisha Sharma murder case in Bhopal. A local court has given the CBI five more days to question Twisha’s husband, Samarth, and her sister, Giribala Singh. Both will remain in CBI custody till June 2.
On Friday, the CBI brought Samarth and Giribala to the Bhopal District Court in separate vehicles and presented them before Judicial Magistrate Shobhana Bhalave.
The CBI is now using advanced digital investigation methods to recreate Twisha’s final hours at her Katara Hills home. Investigators are preparing a virtual map of the house using CCTV footage, mobile data, Wi-Fi logs, call records, and forensic evidence.
The agency aims to track Twisha’s movements, identify who entered or left rooms, and understand the sequence of events before her death. Investigators are also checking if any digital evidence was deleted or changed after the incident.
According to sources, the investigation will help the CBI find out whether there was any conspiracy, pressure, or attempt to tamper with the crime scene.
