Horrific Fire Brocks At Cuttack SCB: A terrible fire broke out in Cuttack SCB Hospital. People are facing unprecedented problems due to the fire. It is reported that 10 people have died in the fire. An assistance of Rs 25 lakh has been announced to the families of the 10 deceased. It is known that such a fire broke out in SCB’s Trauma Care Hospital. A total of 23 patients were in the ICU. Initially, it was reported that 7 people had died. Later, it was seen that the death toll is increasing. After reviewing the situation, the Chief Minister’s response has also come to the fore. Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has announced an assistance of Rs 25 lakh to the families of all the deceased.
Now the identities of the deceased patients have come to light…. The deceased have been identified as Ramesh Chandra Parida, Darshu Munda, MD New, Gaurang Chandra Barik, Sheikh Abdul Sattar, Madhusudan Dalai, Krishna Chandra Vishal, Rabindra Dash, Cheru Parida and Menaka Raut.
Those who helped in bringing the patients are also reportedly being treated. Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has also given strict instructions that a thorough investigation will be conducted into how and why the fire broke out. The Chief Minister has expressed his confidence that the guilty will be punished if found guilty. All the patients have been shifted to another place. It has been revealed that the Fire and Rescue Department will investigate the incident. It has been revealed that the Fire and Rescue Department will personally visit the medical facility. It has been revealed that the fire broke out due to an electrical short circuit in the trauma care.
If any employee is found guilty, strict action will be taken against them after investigation. The Chief Minister also targeted the previous government and said that such days are being seen today because the previous government had not taken any beneficial steps for the hospital. After this fire, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has informed that all the medical facilities in the state have been provided with modern equipment.
