‘Mirzapur The Movie’ has received an ‘A’ certificate from the Central Board of Film Certification. The film will hit theatres on September 4 and the makers anticipate a boost in advance booking.

The advance booking of the film ‘Mirzapur- The Movie’ has begun from August 31. According to Sacnilk report, till now 23, 813 tickets have been pre sold for the premier show in 2D Hindi across country. With this the film has currently earned Rs 78.89 lakh without blocked seats and Rs 1.87 crore with blocked seats in pre-ticket-sale collection.

In Mumbai regular ticket price range from Rs 149 to Rs 500. However, some locations in Delhi NCR and Mumbai premium ticket prices are over Rs 1600. As per BookMyShow, tickets for night show at DLF mall of India in Noida is priced at Rs 1800.
Gurmmeet Singh directed and written by Puneet Krishna, the film marks the comeback of several faces from the series including Pankaj Tripathy, Ali Fazal, Divyenndu, Shweta Tripathi Sharma, Rasika Duggal, Sheeba Chaddha, Shriya Pilgaonkar, Abhishek Banerjee, and Harshita Gaur. Ali Fazal returns as Guddu Bhaiya, while Pankaj Tripathi reprises his role as Kaleen Bhaiya. Ravi Kishan and Jitendra Kumar are new additions to ‘Mirzapur The Movie’.

According to report, several changes have been made in the film by the CBFC, which include the removal of a 35-second intimate scene, changes in some slangs and dialogues. The certified runtime of ‘Mirzapur The Movie’ is approximately 197 minutes and 19 seconds, which means it is more than three hours long.
