PM Modi to Inaugurate India AI Impact Expo 2026 at Bharat Mandapam Today: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the India AI Impact Expo 2026 at 5 pm today at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi. The expo, which will run until February 20, aims to showcase the practical applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) across sectors.

Held alongside the India AI Impact Summit, the expo will serve as a national platform highlighting the broader impact of innovation, policy, and technology. It is designed to connect AI advancements with ordinary citizens through live demonstrations and interactive exhibitions.

Spread across 10 arenas covering over 70,000 square meters, the event will bring together technology companies, startups, academic institutions, central ministries, state governments, and global partners. Pavilions from 13 countries — including Australia, Japan, Russia, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Serbia, Estonia, Tajikistan, and several African nations — will participate in the global showcase.

India AI Impact Expo 2026 to Showcase Real-World AI Solutions

The expo will feature more than 300 exhibition pavilions and live demonstrations centered around three core themes: People, Planet, and Progress. Over 600 startups are set to participate, many of them presenting AI-driven solutions already being deployed in real-world scenarios worldwide.

Organizers expect the event to attract over 2.5 million visitors, including international delegates. More than 500 sessions will be conducted during the summit, with over 3,250 experts and panelists discussing the transformative role of AI and strategies to ensure its benefits reach every citizen.

Meanwhile, French President Emmanuel Macron, accompanied by his wife Brigitte Macron, will visit India to participate in the AI Impact Summit. The French delegation is scheduled to arrive late Monday night, with President Macron attending the summit on February 19.

Artificial Intelligence is playing a key role in India’s development journey, strengthening governance, enhancing public service delivery, and supporting inclusive growth. With its vast linguistic and cultural diversity, India is uniquely positioned to develop AI systems that cater to multilingual and diverse population needs, aligning with the nation’s vision of becoming a developed country by 2047.
