Chhatron Ki Goonj programme will focus on issues concerning Gen-Z
Rahul Gandhi to attend ‘Chhatron Ki Goonj’ programme in Odisha: Senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, is likely to visit Odisha in October. He will attend ‘Chhatron Ki Goonj’ program in Bhubaneswar said Pradesh Congress Committee(PCC) President Bhakta Charan Das on Tuesday.
The PCC President said that keeping the upcoming Panchayat elections in view, the Congress will hold a series of marathon programmes in the state. The party will launch a padayatra from Nabarangapur on October 2, with Congress workers taking part. The padayatras will be monitored by the committees. Apart from this Congress is planning a major youth-focused programme ‘Chhatron Ki Goonj’ in Bhubaneswar, which will see participation of around 20,000 youths. The programme will focus on issues concerning Gen-Z’, said Bhakta Charan Das.
Das further informed that between Next year between January and February, Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi and the Karnataka Chief Minister will visit Odisha as part of the party’s campaign push.
