Salman Khan soon to shift in new bungalow with his family: Salman Khan has got permission to build a new house for his family. The Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority (MCZMA) has permitted the construction of a six-storied building on the beach in Bandra.
On June 16, Khans received clearance from the MCZMA to build a residential tower on the beach. The plot is registered after Salman’s mother, Salma Khan. The new house will be built in Bandra’s Chimbai area, which is just a stone’s throw away from Salman’s Galaxy apartment. The new building will have a ground floor, stilt parking, and 6 floors. Its total construction area will be around 1,014 square meters. This building will be built by True Developers. BMC had issued initial permission for this in October 2025.
It has been informed that no tree will be cut during the construction work. Also, new trees of local species will be planted in the building and surrounding area. Located in a quiet lane off the main road, this new house will provide Salman Khan and his family with more security and privacy than before. However, there has been no response from Salman Khan or his team on this entire project.
