Senior NCP Leader Sharad Pawar Unwell, Doctors Advise Immediate Hospitalisation
Senior Leader Sharad Pawar Falls Ill, Being Shifted From Baramati to Pune for Treatment: Former Union Minister and senior Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader Sharad Pawar was taken ill on Wednesday while staying at his ancestral residence in Baramati, prompting doctors to recommend his immediate transfer to Pune for medical evaluation.
According to sources, the 85-year-old leader complained of health issues, following which a decision was taken to shift him to Pune considering his age and medical history. Pawar is being taken to Ruby Hall Clinic, where a team of specialist doctors will conduct detailed examinations and assess his condition.
Sharad Pawar’s convoy departed from Baramati a short while ago and includes an ambulance as a precautionary measure. His daughter and Baramati MP Supriya Sule is accompanying him, along with senior party leaders and family members.
As of now, no official medical bulletin has been issued by the hospital or the Pawar family. Preliminary information suggests that Pawar may be suffering from fever and a throat infection, though confirmation is awaited.

News of Sharad Pawar’s sudden illness has sparked concern among NCP workers and supporters across Maharashtra. Party leaders and well-wishers have expressed prayers and wishes for his speedy recovery.
