Zelensky said that the plan is 90 percent ready. The remaining 10 percent will be finalized after talks with Trump. Ukraine wants strong and legal security support from the United States to prevent Russia from attacking again in the future. There will be discussions about who will have control over the Donbas region of eastern Ukraine and the Zaporizhia nuclear power plant. Ukraine may agree to withdraw its troops from there under certain conditions.
Trump has made it clear that no deal will be implemented until he gives his approval. He has presented himself as the main resolver of the conflict. The whole world is watching this meeting. If an agreement is reached between Trump and Zelensky, then there will be hope of an end to the war before the New Year. Just a few hours before this meeting, Russia launched 500 drones and 40 missiles on the Ukrainian capital Kiev. Regarding this, Zelensky said that Putin does not want peace. On the other hand, Putin said that Kiev does not want peace. Russia will achieve all its goals through military operations.
