Chasing a target of 163 runs, Bengaluru achieved the target in 18.3 overs, losing 4 wickets. Virat Kohli scored 51 runs for the team, while Krunal Pandya scored 73 runs and Tim David scored 19 runs. Akshan Patel took 2 wickets for Delhi, while Dushmant Chamira took one wicket.

The combination of KL Rahul and all-rounder Akshan Patel was expected to be a good partnership. But this pair could not give an encouraging performance either.
