This shocking incident has come from the Urban district of Bengaluru. A 13-year-old girl student of a government higher primary school was found hanging at her residence on Thursday night. The incident came to light on Friday morning after her family found her in this condition. The victim was identified as Madhushree from Marasuru in Anekal taluk. As per police investigations, the victim left behind a handwritten suicide note stating that she had been wrongly accused of stealing Rs 10 and Rs 20. She was also scolded by teachers for not completing her homework. She was also threatened with a Transfer Certificate. Fed up with verbal harassment and humiliation by teachers, she took this extreme step.

The note also stated that no one is responsible for her death. She appealed to take care of her mother, younger sister and younger brother. She also apologized to her mother. All of them had taken good care of her. So, don’t scold or blame my mother. Forgive me.

Police are verifying the contents of the handwritten note. Further investigations are underway.
