With a brilliant bowling display, the Gujarat Titans have sealed their sixth match of the 18th season of the IPL. Gujarat defeated Kolkata Knight Riders by a margin of 39 runs. With this, Titans have made their place at the top of the points table. The famous Krishna and Rashid Khan took two wickets each while captain Shubman Gill scored 90 runs.

Batting first after winning the toss, Gujarat Titans finished the powerplay on 45 runs without loss. KKR, who had three spin attacks in the six overs, were successful in their tactics but could not separate Shubman Gill and Sai Sudarshan. However, Gill changed gears after that. The eleventh over was an eventful one for Gujarat. Sai scored his fifth and Gill his third half-century of the season. The team also crossed 100 in 10.5 overs.
