According to the complaint filed with the police, the victim married Harvinder Chauhan on 30th April 2026. The newlywed bride alleges that her husband began assaulting and verbally abusing her the very next day after the wedding. The couple travelled to Sikkim and Darjeeling for their honeymoon but her husband’s behavior. Harvinder continued to assault and verbally abuse her in Darjeeling.
