P.Dutta’s ‘Border 2’, a sequel to the 1997 blockbuster film with the same name, is set to release in January 2026. According to a Pinkvilla report, the team behind the Sunny Deol and Ayushmann Khurrana starrer “has cracked a script.” Sunny will reprise his role as Major Kuldip Singh Chanduri in the sequel. Ayushmann has been roped in as a new entrant who will play another strong role.
