Vinod Tawde has been appointed BJP’s state in-charge for Uttar Pradesh, while Jagdish Ishwarbhai Patel has been made co-in-charge.
BJP Reshuffle: Poonia, Tawde and Chugh get new responsibilities: The Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) national president Nitin Nabin on Tuesday has appointed new state in- charges and co-in-charges for Punjab, Uttar Pradesh and Gujarat.
Ahead of assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh in 2027, Nitin Nabin announced new appointments as a part of organizational changes in party. Vinod Tawde has been appointed BJP’s state in-charge for Uttar Pradesh, while Jagdish Ishwarbhai Patel has been made co-in-charge.
Satish Poonia has been made in-charge of Punjab. At the same time, Tarun Chugh has been appointed as BJP’s state in-charge for Gujarat. These appointments are part of the BJP’s efforts to strengthen its organizational structure and coordinate the party’s activities in the three states.
