pakistan demand to play with india
Pakistan 3 Demands To Play With India , Will BCCI Agree ? A dark cloud has fallen over the India vs Pakistan match in the ICC Men’s 2026 T20. Pakistan has refused to play against India in the tournament. However, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is yet to provide a written information to the International Cricket Council (ICC). Therefore, it is expected that the India vs Pakistan match will be played on February 15.
The ICC is also making all efforts to host the biggest India vs Pakistan match in 2026. On Sunday, February 8, a meeting was held between ICC and PCB chief Mohsin Naqvi, which was also attended by the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) president. Pakistan has put forward three major demands to the ICC to end its boycott against India. One of these demands is one that India will never agree to.
Pakistan has made three demands before the ICC
According to reports, PCB chief Mohsin Naqvi has put forward three conditions before the ICC to end the boycott of the match against India. He has demanded a share of the revenue collected from the world and the resumption of bilateral cricket with India. Apart from this, he has also demanded that Indian players join hands with Pakistani players in the 2026 T20 World Cup.
First demand: Pakistan wants more revenue from the World Organization.
Second demand: Resumption of bilateral cricket with India.
Third demand: Indian players should join hands with Pakistani players in the 2026 T20 World Cup.
India will never agree to Pakistan’s second demand
Pakistan will never agree to the second demand put before the ICC. The last bilateral series between India and Pakistan was played in 2012. Due to political tensions, the two teams have only played each other in ICC tournaments for the last 16 years. India’s stance against Pakistan has hardened after the Pahalgam terror attack in India last year. Following the attack, Team India has stopped shaking hands with Pakistani players since the 2025 Asia Cup. Even if Pakistan’s other two demands are met, resuming the bilateral series seems highly unlikely.
