Leave Of All Government Employees Cancelled For 6 Days : On the first day of the English New Year, devotees hope to start the year by visiting the Mahaprabhu temple. Therefore, lakhs of devotees gather in Puri on this day. Keeping this in mind, the district administration has canceled the leave of all government officials and employees. Keeping in mind the New Year crowd as well as the safety and hospitality of devotees, District Magistrate Divyajyoti Parida has canceled the leave of all government officials and employees of the district for 6 days from December 30 to January 4. In this regard, instructions have been sent from the District Magistrate’s office to all government offices.
